Online Courses from Carmarthenshire Road Safety Team
Carmarthenshire County Council road safety team has a number of online courses planned over the next few months and they are encouraging people to take part.

Biker Down! Cymru
Biker Down! Cymru aims to reduce the number of motorcyclists killed and seriously injured in road collisions and is delivered by operational firefighters from Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
The course focuses on what you should do if you are first on the scene to a motorcycle collision. You do not need to be a biker to book a place.

Courses are available to residents and road users of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Powys. They take place online via Microsoft Teams and start at 6:30pm, finishing around 8:30pm.
Dragon Rider Cymru
Dragon Rider Cymru is a motorcycle training course supported by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency Enhanced Rider Scheme. The practical element will be completed when restrictions allow; however, the initial classroom based session will be delivered online on the following dates:
- 1st Febuary
- 1st March
- 22nd March
Courses take place via Microsoft Teams or Zoom and start at 6:30pm, finishing around 8:30pm.
Mature Drivers
This course is designed to keep you mobile and independent, and help you remain confident behind the wheel. It is available for residents of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. The practical element will be completed when restrictions allow; however, the initial classroom based session will be delivered online on the following dates:
- 29th January
- 22nd February
- 22nd March
Courses take place via Microsoft Teams and start at 10am, finishing around 2pm.
